Farrar Construction & Design was highly recommended to us so we hired him to be the general contractor for our kitchen remodel. He was very hands-on throughout the entire project from the initial design all the way through the finishing touches. He has an eye for design, creating both a beautiful and functional space.

Patrick and his team did a major expansion of our original cafe in Palm Springs. They worked well in meeting our needs of building out a new kitchen and lobby area next door to our existing operations. They did a great quality job, worked well with City inspectors, and were sensitive to our business needs by helping us minimize our closing time to integrate the two spaces. They also assisted with our second store construction with carpentry and finishing work.

When I was doing a complete remodel of my home I had hired 2 contractors before finally hiring Patrick Farrar to come in and take over and correct all mistakes from the previous two.

My home turned out to be a showplace. That was 8 years ago and today I am happy to say that Patrick is nearing completion of a total remodel of my new home which is looking beautiful.

We had purchased a 1975 ranch in Palm Springs that was in desperate need of a remodel. Since our main residence was 2000 miles away, we were very concerned about how to find a trustworthy, capable contractor who could complete the work with limited supervision and direction.  

What a great decision. I can't possibly recommend anyone higher than I would recommend Patrick. When we contracted Patrick, we had no idea that he was not only an amazing contractor, but also has an amazing design sense.  Patrick did a great job of providing us options that addressed our design, functional and budget needs. He matched our passion for the project, and displayed an infectious enthusiasm for creating the perfect house for us.
