Patrick Farrar is an amazing fellow, he combines architectural, creative design and contracting skills in one place, and is a pleasure to work with, having great infectious enthusiasm for a project - big or small.
He transformed a pokey corner mid 50’s kitchen in our small condo into a modern vibrant space, with four times the storage, a fridge twice the size, and a dish washer that didn’t previously exist. He did all this while we were absent, and we covered the inevitable issues arising by email and attached photographs when necessary. The remodel came in on budget, and dramatically more appealing than we had envisaged. Having one personal with all round skills is absolutely the way to go for a small or medium prize project. Probably saves us several $1,000’s

When I was doing a complete remodel of my home I had hired 2 contractors before finally hiring Patrick Farrar to come in and take over and correct all mistakes from the previous two.
